Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Office Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining strong tenant relations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist tenants and visitors with a friendly and professional demeaner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls/emails promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a tidy office and organised front desk and reception area.
  • Assist with setting up & coordinating conference room bookings.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the wider team such as our Area Manager and Brand Manager to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Support office administrative tasks as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and pro-active attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.

Pay: £8.47-£10.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
