Memberships

Yes. This promotion is exclusively available to current members of Quintessential Offices. To qualify for the reward, the referred client must sign the necessary documentation for a minimum term of 6 months. The referral form must be received and accepted by Quintessential Offices prior to the referred client viewing the building in order to qualify for the referral fee. Some of our Quintessential Office spaces offer day passes (depending on availability), providing a chance to work from our centres and the opportunity to make new connections. Day passes can be purchased directly from our team by completing the enquiry form and selecting a date that works for you. Please note that we do only offer day passes for The Townhouse (276 St Vincent Street, Glasgow) & Kollaborate House (19-21 Gordon Street, Glasgow).

We do not offer day passes for Grove House, Tannochside Business Park.

You can indeed make use of our different spaces if you are a Quintessential Offices member. If you are looking to make use of meeting room space in one of our locations that you are not based at, please reach out to your Centre Manager. They will be able to assist you with your request.

Whether you’re a lone worker looking for a small space to base your business or a business with 50 team members in need of a private office, Quintessential Offices has something to suit. We offer day passes, meeting room hire, and private offices as well as a virtual office option. We pride ourselves on being transparent when it comes to our memberships – one simple price, so you don’t need to worry about hidden fees, tricky terms or small print.

Moving In/Out

If you need assistance with set-up, please let us know ahead of your move in date. We can discuss your needs and arrange for our maintenance team to be on hand to assist you with your move on the day, or if you require help with fixtures etc. This is a complimentary service we offer for new members of Quintessential Offices to ensure a smooth transition into your new space.

You have the freedom to decorate the office space as you wish. However, any major branding changes/works must be approved by the Quintessential team. When you leave, you will be responsible for covering the costs of restoring the space to its original condition, including the walls.

As soon as you’d like. Please arrange a move in date with your Centre Manager that suits you.

We provide you with fully furnished office suites for both The Townhouse & Kollaborate House workspaces. For our suites at Grove House you are required to furnished this and you have the freedom to furnish this to your preference.

As little as one months’ notice for co-working and virtual office memberships. 3 months’ minimum notice for private office space memberships.

All memberships at both The Townhouse & Kollaborate House include Wi-Fi access. When taking on a membership at Grove House you will need to source your own broadband. Our team can recommend some local IT companies to assist you in your search and set up.

Yes, we have a team of cleaning staff that work inhouse at Quintessential Offices to ensure our spaces are kept in tip-top shape.

Room Hire/Guests

Yes. We have a range of meeting rooms you can book if you are not a member of Quintessential Offices. Please send us an enquiry with your details and our sales team will confirm our availability and get you booked in.

Yes. Please do just have your guests sign in at reception with our Centre Managers so they can be accounted for.

Opening Hours & Access

Our centres are open to our members 24/7 with secure access. Our Centre Managers within our serviced office spaces are on-site Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm, to assist you with anything you need.

Our centres are all dog friendly. We do ask for you to be mindful of other members and keep your dog on a lead at all times when using the communal areas of our workspaces.

Yes – you can access the office at your convenience with your access code and pin.

Parking and Facilities

At Grove House we have a large free car park our members and visitors can make use of. At our city workspaces (The Townhouse & Kollaborate House) we do not have on-site parking, however, have partnered with some great city car parks to give you the best possible deal when it comes to parking your car in the city.

All buildings within the Q-Offices portfolio have a variety of shared spaces, including comfortable lounges, breakout spaces, and terraces. Many also offer free meeting room use for members, phone booths, relaxation rooms, gyms (the list goes on) …

Pricing and Deposits

All costs are clearly outlined from the start, with everything bundled into a single monthly fee for easy financial management. You won’t have to worry about any hidden charges with us.

We require a minimum deposit of one month for our private office and dedicated desk memberships. Our virtual office and day pass options do not require any deposit to be taken.

We offer a substantial saving over traditional office space and price per desk against our competitors. We are committed to work with our members to find the best solution for them.
